However, extensive travel will be required across the east coast and potentially all over the US.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Contract Offered:</strong> Full-time, Permanent</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Working Hours / Shifts:</strong> 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday from 08.30 to 17.00. However, flexibility will be required.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>What does this role involve?</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Routine servicing and preventative maintenance of analysers and associated equipment in</li><li>the field.</li><li>Establishment of routine maintenance schedules.</li><li>Development of procedures and support associated with new products.</li><li>Emergency breakdown repair of Randox analysers in the field.</li><li>Installation, commissioning and set-up of analyser equipment</li><li>Providing direct support to the end user by telephone and email.</li><li>The training of Randox staff and end-user personnel in analyser servicing procedures.</li><li>Regular travel to visit customer sites for servicing and maintenance of Randox equipment</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Who can apply?</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential criteria:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent accredited apprenticeships.</li><li>Possess excellent communication and organisational skills, both written and oral.</li><li>High level of motivation to work independently and use your own initiative.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with others to establish and maintain good working relationships with internal departments and customers.</li><li>Be available for extensive travel within the United States.</li><li>Full US driving license.</li><li>Currently have the right to work in the United States, without visa sponsorship.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Desirable:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Previous experience in a similar position</li><li>Experience in computer hardware or engineering.</li><li>Experience in servicing medical devices</li><li>Experience with clinical chemistry analysers and applications knowledge.</li><li>Previous sales or customer service experience</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>How do I apply?</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>Click <strong>Apply </strong>on the site you are seeing this advert on they will submit your resume to Randox for review.
