Reporting directly to the Lending Lead, we are looking for a talented DeFi Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of decentralized finance by delivering crucial insights and strategic recommendations to our customers.

The DeFi Analyst will leverage our simulation platform and quantitative methodologies to analyze complex datasets, model protocol risks, and provide actionable insights that directly impact market safety and capital efficiency.
Customer Insights: Deliver strategic insights and risk recommendations to our customers, utilizing our proprietary methodologies and custom simulation platform.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze complex on-chain and financial datasets, apply statistical techniques, and translate data into valuable, ongoing reports.
Data Visualization: Create and present clear, compelling data visualizations for both internal teams and external stakeholders (clients and the broader community).

Requirements
Web3 Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in the web3/crypto industry.

Data Proficiency: Excellent SQL knowledge for data querying and analysis.
Coding Skills: Proficient in Python coding for scripting, data manipulation, and analysis.
