Delivery Executive - Last Mile Logistics Job in Delhi NCR

About the Role

The Elite Job is hiring a Delivery Executive for a last-mile logistics company in Delhi NCR. This field role involves picking up parcels from the sorting hub and delivering them to customer doorsteps within the assigned zone. Candidates with a two-wheeler and valid licence can apply directly without prior delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report to the hub each morning, collect assigned parcels, and plan the daily delivery route
  • Deliver 60 to 80 parcels per day within the designated pin codes of Delhi NCR
  • Update delivery status on the company app in real time — delivered, attempted, or returned
  • Handle cash on delivery collections and remit to the hub supervisor at end of shift
  • Manage undelivered parcels — reattempt or return with proper tagging
  • Maintain the vehicle in good condition and report any damage or breakdown immediately

Requirements

  • 10th pass or above; no experience required
  • Own two-wheeler (bike or scooter) with a valid driving licence
  • Android smartphone with internet connectivity for app-based tracking
  • Knowledge of local Delhi streets and pin code areas
  • Physical fitness — this is a field role with outdoor travel throughout the day

What We Offer

  • ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month (fixed pay + per-delivery incentive)
  • Fuel allowance of ₹3,000 per month
