ERP Client Specialist

Overview The ERP Client Specialist, reporting to the Director of Community Relations, will be responsible for maintaining business relationships with ERP clients and the production of the ERP files.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct onsite analysis and document needed information for new ERP clients.
  • Identify and develop relationships with ERP clients including attending board meetings.
  • Integrate sales efforts with other organized marketing activities (sponsored events, training seminars).
  • Develop and implement enhancements of ERP programs. (Annual ERP focus groups/ VIP events)
  • Conduct post-incident evaluations with ERP clients.
  • Lead and manage customer training on the program to individuals and board members.
  • Document and track customer interactions in sales software platform.
  • Maintain a professional, ethical and positive disposition as a representative of the company and community.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with commercial clients, property managers, and insurance companies.
  • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to generate leads and expand market presence.
  • Coordinate needed processes for the production of the ERP file.
  • Work with the ERP production staff to ensure the ERP files are produced timely with the correct information.
  • Other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Must be a self-starter and able to take initiative.
  • Background in restoration or related field
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demand.
  • Must have strong negotiation and customer service skills as well as the ability to prospect and develop sales opportunities.
  • Valid driver’s license.
Salary plus commission This is a travel position that will require meeting with potential clients and networking.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
