**Job Summary**

As a Benefits Enrollment Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to ADP client employees, helping them navigate the complexities of company insurance programs and benefits enrollment. You'll be responsible for receiving inbound calls, providing information on benefits and group insurance programs, and recording employee enrollments. Your expertise will be essential in identifying needs for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Receive and respond to 30-40 inbound calls per day from ADP client employees, providing information on benefits and group insurance programs
  • Explain and interpret complex aspects of company insurance programs to employees and dependents
  • Examine, assess, and combine data to provide information on benefits and group insurance programs and utilization
  • Pinpoint needs for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures
  • Record employee enrollment in benefits
  • Utilize expertise in a more complex aspect of the Benefit Clerk duties, requiring in-depth knowledge of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures

**Qualifications**

  • Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of helping customers answer questions and resolve issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via inbound calls, email, and chat
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word
