<p><strong>IBM Maximo MAS Consultant</strong></p><p><em>Remote (U.S.)</em></p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking an IBM Maximo MAS Support Consultant to help stabilize and support a recently implemented Maximo Application Suite (MAS) environment. This role will focus on ticket resolution, data troubleshooting, integration support, and identifying recurring issues that can be addressed through long-term process improvements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Maximo MAS environments, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to troubleshoot integration issues involving XML, Oracle databases, and APIs. This individual will work closely with business and technical teams to improve system stability and support ongoing operational needs</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support stabilization efforts for a recently implemented IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) environment</li><li>Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application support tickets and integration-related issues</li><li>Analyze large volumes of support requests to identify recurring trends and root causes</li><li>Perform data analysis and data manipulation within Maximo to resolve business and system issues</li><li>Support integration troubleshooting involving Oracle systems, APIs, and XML-based messages</li><li>Review and correct integration errors through Maximo Message Reprocessing</li><li>Work with business users and technical teams to resolve data discrepancies and process issues</li><li>Document findings, resolutions, and recommendations for long-term improvements</li><li>Participate in weekly sprint planning and ticket management activities within Jira</li><li>Provide knowledge transfer and mentorship to internal team members</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of IBM Maximo experience</li><li>Experience supporting Maximo Application Suite (MAS) environments</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and production support experience</li><li>Experience working with XML and integration error resolution</li><li>Oracle and SQL database experience</li><li>Experience analyzing and manipulating application data</li><li>Familiarity with API-based integrations</li><li>Experience working within Jira or similar ticket management tools</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and documentation abilities</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience supporting utility, energy, public sector, or asset-intensive organizations</li><li>Familiarity with Maximo Message Reprocessing</li><li>Experience supporting Oracle EBS integrations</li><li>Understanding of enterprise application integrations and middleware concepts</li><li>Knowledge of asset management and maintenance business processes</li></ul>
