By combining mobile technology, counseling, and coordinated medical care, we empower our Members to reclaim their lives in recovery.</p> <p>We’re looking for compassionate and motivated <strong>Telehealth Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselors</strong> to deliver virtual individual and group counseling sessions that support recovery and promote wellness.</p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness and determine appropriate level of care</li> <li>Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions using Affect’s evidence-based curriculum</li> <li>Provide crisis support and coordinate appropriate referrals when needed</li> <li>Maintain timely, accurate documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system</li> <li>Collaborate with clinical supervisors on individualized treatment and discharge planning</li> <li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all relevant state regulations</li> <li>Applicants must be licensed in their respective state, and all credentials must be verified through the State Board’s website as part of the application process<br><br></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Active and verifiable license from one of the following Iowa licenses:  LISW, LMFT, LMHC, or CADC <strong>as well as your state of residence</strong>.  All credentials must be verified through the State Board’s website as part of the application process</li> <li>Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms</li> <li>Passionate about supporting individuals in recovery and building therapeutic relationships</li> <li>Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment</li> <li>Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>The Benefits of Joining Affect</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>The salary range for this full-time position is $55,000 - $70,000 and will commensurate with experience and professional license.</li> <li>Employees may enroll in offered medical, dental, and vision coverage and also provided employer paid life and disability insurance.
