To learn more, visit <a href="https://www.judi.health">www.judi.health</a>.</p></div><p>Location: Remote (For Non-Local) or Hybrid (Local to NYC or Denver, CO area)</p> <p><strong><u>Position Summary</u></strong></p> <p>The IT Manager is responsible for leading within the IT Engineering function, overseeing day-to-day operations, delivery of IT services, and execution of strategic initiatives. This role manages a team of IT Engineers, ensures the reliability and scalability of enterprise IT systems, and drives continuous improvement across identity, endpoint management, and SaaS platforms.</p> <p>The IT Manager serves as the final escalation point for IT systems and user-impacting issues, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to align IT solutions with business, security, and compliance needs.</p> <p><strong><u>Position Responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>In partnership with the IT Director, lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT Engineers, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management</li> <li>Act as the final escalation point for complex IT Engineering and Helpdesk issues</li> <li>Own delivery of IT Engineering projects, including planning, prioritization, and resource allocation</li> <li>Drive implementation of strategic, systemic solutions to eliminate recurring issues and improve user experience</li> <li>Oversee administration and optimization of: <ul> <li>Identity and access management (SSO)</li> <li>Endpoint management (MDM)</li> <li>SaaS platforms and productivity tools (e.g., Office 365)</li> </ul> </li> <li>Ensure onboarding and offboarding workflows are scalable, secure, and compliant</li> <li>Partner with Security, Engineering, and Business teams to define and enforce best practices and standards</li> <li>Evaluate, select, and deploy new technologies and software solutions</li> <li>Establish and maintain documentation, processes, and operational standards</li> <li>Manage cross-functional initiatives and coordinate with IT leadership on prioritization and resourcing</li> <li>Act as a liaison between IT Engineering and stakeholder teams</li> <li>Encourage automation and efficiency through scripting and process improvement</li> <li>Ensure appropriate support coverage, including participation in off-hours support as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Required Qualifications:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>7–10+ years of progressive experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or platform ownership roles</li> <li>Proven experience leading technical teams</li> <li>Demonstrated success mentoring engineers across multiple experience levels</li> <li>Strong background in: <ul> <li>Identity and access management (SSO platforms such as Okta, OneLogin, Auth0)</li> <li>Endpoint management (MDM solutions, including Intune or equivalent)</li> <li>SaaS application administration and deployment</li> </ul> </li> <li>Experience managing onboarding/offboarding workflows in a distributed environment</li> <li>Experience administering and acting as a SME for Office 365</li> <li>Experience supporting Mac hardware and remote users in a distributed workforce</li> <li>Experience leading IT projects and coordinating cross-functional initiatives</li> <li>Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud preferred)</li> <li>Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk or similar platforms</li> <li>Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar) preferred</li> <li>Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills</li> <li>Ability to lead incident response and serve as a senior escalation point for critical issues</li> <li>Strong understanding of security principles, access controls, and audit/compliance considerations</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range.
