Temporary 1099 Monday.com Build Specialist -- ICON Dental Partners

ICON Dental Partners is seeking an experienced Monday Board Specialist to assist in a short-term temporary project.

Requirements:

  • Monday.com Certification required
  • 2+ years experience in Monday.com of building workflows, automations, handing integrations, multi-level boards, master templates, and forms. Able to advise on strategic re-organization of existing workspaces.
  • Boards will largely be internal projects (e.g. not patient facing).
  • Project 1 : Workflows need to be built and re-organized from existing forms to collect and organize incoming form data across several destination boards.
  • Project 2 : SOP management board needs to be completed with workflows built to collect signatures, apply data versions, trigger notifications, and connect to multiple department boards.
  • BAA and NDA will be required, as sensitive information and PHI may be encountered.

Job Assignment:

  • Time worked to be paid in a 1099 status. Project hour scope will be determined after initial discovery call and agreed upon by both parties before invoicing is to begin.
  • Pay rate is $50/hour
  • Project deliverables will be expected on a 2-business day cadence.
  • Start Date: August 3, 2026
  • This project will report to VP of Strategic Operations. Must be available for regular video calls on PST zone.
