Our mission is to break down barriers to care—making treatment more accessible, engaging, and effective for our members.</p> <p data-start="416" data-end="590">Through our innovative model, we integrate a smartphone app with a dedicated care team to provide real-time, data-driven support, improving outcomes while reducing costs.</p> <hr data-start="592" data-end="595"> <p data-start="597" data-end="615"><strong data-start="597" data-end="615">About the Role</strong></p> <p data-start="617" data-end="838">As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP<strong data-start="622" data-end="678">)</strong> at Affect, you’ll play a key role in leading member care alongside a collaborative team of counselors, therapists, peer support specialists, and case managers.</p> <p data-start="840" data-end="980">You’ll provide evidence-based treatment for individuals navigating substance use and mental health disorders in a fully virtual environment.</p> <p data-start="104" data-end="400">Affect specializes in substance-specific care. We prescribe Suboxone for Opioid Use Disorder and do not prescribe other controlled substances. While we provide extensive training in our treatment approach, clinical decisions remain at the provider’s discretion in collaboration with the member.</p> <p data-start="402" data-end="706">For full-time roles, we are specifically seeking providers who are particularly strong on the mental health side.
