Paint & Sip Instructor

Are you creative, organized, and love being part of fun, high-energy events? Painting & Vino SF is looking for an Artist to help bring our paint and sip experiences to life across the Bay Area!

We host public paint nights, private events, fundraisers, and specialty experiences like Paint Your Pet — and we’re growing. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to make events run smoothly, while also being part of a creative, community-focused atmosphere.

What You’ll Do

Art Instructor Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging, step-by-step paint and sip classes for groups of all sizes and skill levels
  • Create a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment where guests feel comfortable expressing creativity
  • Demonstrate painting techniques clearly while adapting instruction to different learning paces
  • Set up and break down all materials for events (canvases, paints, brushes, easels, etc.)
  • Arrive early to prepare the workspace and ensure a smooth, organized class flow
  • Maintain energy and enthusiasm throughout the event while keeping guests on track with timing
  • Provide individualized guidance and encouragement to guests as needed
  • Assist with guest check-in and help manage seating when required
  • Keep the workspace clean and organized during and after events
  • Collaborate with assistants and venue staff to ensure a seamless experience
  • Represent the brand professionally at all times at venues, private events, and pop-ups
  • Capture photos and short videos during events for social media content (when applicable)
  • Communicate any supply needs, issues, or feedback after events to management
  • Travel to various venues across the Bay Area (reliable transportation required)

  • Light computer work (updating documents, checklists, emails, etc.)
