Vendor & Technology Enablement Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, Vendor & Technology Enablement is responsible for managing the global strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of the TA technology ecosystem and vendor partnerships. This role ensures tools and vendors effectively support recruiting operations and enhance efficiency, compliance, and candidate experience. The individual will serve as a subject matter expert for TA technology, managing vendor relationships, overseeing tool implementation & utilization, and leading training and adoption efforts.

This is a professional contributor role requiring advanced knowledge of TA operations, technology, and vendor management. The incumbent works independently, manages small projects or process improvements, and provides guidance to less experienced team members.

What You Will Do

Technology & Vendor Strategy

  • Partner with BU TA leads and cross-functional teams to develop and execute the global strategy for the Talent Acquisition technology stack.
  • Evaluate new tools and technologies to support evolving business needs and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Data Privacy teams to evaluate tools for regulatory alignment and mitigate potential risks.
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of new tools, ensuring alignment with process and compliance standards.

Vendor Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison for TA vendors, managing day-to-day relationships and acting as a point of escalation.
  • Assist with contract management, track renewal timelines, and support negotiations in collaboration with Procurement and Legal.
  • Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and partnership goals, recommending actions to address issues or optimize outcomes.
  • Work with vendors in preparation for annual and quarterly business reviews.

Training & Enablement

  • Develop and deliver training and communications to ensure effective adoption of new and existing TA technologies.
  • Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and other reference materials.
  • Partner with TA stakeholders to assess training effectiveness and identify ongoing learning needs

Operational Excellence

  • Conduct regular audits of tool usage, access, and data integrity to ensure compliance and optimal utilization.
  • Maintain a centralized inventory of TA tools, including ownership, costs, renewal dates, and contractual terms.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement or automation to streamline operations and enhance ROI.
  • Monitor enterprise talent acquisition email inbox.
  • Act as a resource for stakeholders.
  • Work on ad-hoc requests as necessary.


Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • Experience in talent acquisition operations, HR technology, or vendor management
  • Experience with technology implementation
     

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Strong understanding of recruitment technology platforms (e.g., ATS (Workday preferred), CRM, sourcing, and scheduling tools).
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Ability to develop and deliver clear, compelling presentations tailored to technical and non-technical audiences to support technology adoption, operational updates, and vendor management initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and influence others across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with a proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, internally and externally with vendors.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
