Our growth includes recent acquisitions of <strong>Stessa</strong> (financial and asset management software), <strong>RentPrep</strong>(tenant screening and placement service for landlords), and <strong>Mynd</strong> (property management platform for both Retail and Institutional investors).</p> <p><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p>The role of the Rent Underwriting Associate is to provide excellent service to our internal Mynd teams through setting accurate and competitive rental rates for our homes and providing detailed reviews and recommendations for rental marketing advertisements.
