As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst you will support the delivery of high-quality software solutions by applying QA practices and contributing across the software development lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with both business and technology teams to design, execute, and continuously improve testing processes, ensuring systems meet organizational and user expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage testing activities – Create and execute test cases, document results, and log defects while ensuring traceability and accuracy across testing efforts.
  • Support quality assurance processes – Participate in requirements and design reviews, develop test scripts, and contribute to structured QA processes and standards.
  • Collaborate across teams – Partner with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to support test planning, execution, and defect resolution throughout the SDLC.
  • Drive quality and continuous improvement – Recommend enhancements to QA practices and support testing activities across projects and production support efforts.
  • Analyze systems and issues – Perform system and problem analysis for applications, ensuring functionality, performance, and reliability meet expectations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software application development and testing
  • Coursework in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics, or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
  • Experience with test planning, test case design, and defect tracking tools
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and system architecture concepts
  • Understanding of relational databases and test automation concepts
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
