Schneider Electric provides service vehicles, tools, uniforms, mobile devices, and laptops for daily professional use.<br><br>This opportunity is a site-based position with occasional nonstandard hours. There is a 40-hour guarantee (+Overtime), with most work occurring at customer sites.<br><br>This Field Service Representative position will be within our U.S. Services business, focusing on servicing equipment supporting power distribution and critical power infrastructure.<br><br><strong>As a Field Service Representative, a typical day for you might include:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Pre-site, startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of equipment</li><li>Problem solving with customers, electricians, sales partners, technical support, District Service teams</li><li>Completion of field service reports, expense reports, preventive maintenance, and startup data sheets</li><li>Working with your Manager and/or Regional Service Director to resolve complex escalated issues</li><li>Continuous learning and training on various products both in the field and in the classroom<br><br></li></ul><strong>On some days, you may even:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Travel throughout the region for local customer support or even countrywide travel.
