Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator (Remote)

Our client, a rapidly expanding e-commerce enterprise, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to join their dynamic remote team. This role is essential for managing the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels. You will be responsible for coordinating transportation, managing warehouse operations (through third-party providers), and optimizing supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics principles, inventory management, and supply chain technology.

Key responsibilities include tracking shipments, coordinating with carriers and freight forwarders, and resolving any logistical issues that may arise. You will manage inventory levels across various distribution points, forecasting demand and ensuring stock availability to meet customer orders. This role involves analyzing supply chain data to identify areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements, and collaborating with internal teams (sales, procurement, customer service) and external partners to ensure seamless operations. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and documentation requirements. Qualifications:

Strong understanding of transportation modes, customs procedures, and international shipping regulations.
