Territory Manager, Alternate Care

<p style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"=""><strong>Job Summary</strong></span></p><p style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"="">Responsible for the development and execution of the sales plan for assigned territory. Responsible for effectively utilizing Masimo resources and positioning Masimo products to meet sales and customer satisfaction objectives to new and existing</span><span style="color: red; font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"=""> </span><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"="">Alternate Care customers including Physician Office, Ambulatory Surgery Center, Prehospital, Post-Acute markets including Homecare, Long Term Care, and WIC.</span></p><p style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"=""><strong>Duties & Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"="">Develop and convert new customers to Masimo products and solutions in Alternate Care markets to achieve assigned sales quota, while also developing new assigned market opportunities for Masimo’s Pulse Co-Oximetry solutions. </span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"="">Generate a Sales pipeline and develop key targets for assigned territory to meet or exceed monthly sales quota. </span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"="">Work with Region VP, Clinical Support staff, AVP, Sr. VP of US Alternate Care Sales, and Masimo local area team members to ensure growth in the Alternate Care market by adding new customers,</span><span style="color: red; font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"=""> </span><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"="">closing new contracts and amending current contracts for growth for all markets through sales of all Masimo products and solutions. Achieves established goals quarterly and yearly. </span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"="">Complete assignments and report on all administration tasks in a timely and professional manner.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"="">Provide as required product and solution training to customers,</span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"="">Train support while ensuring appropriate attention from contracted distribution representatives to convert their customers to Masimo products. </span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"="">Collaborate with Masimo’s extended sales teams (sales reps, managers, national accounts, etc.) to accelerate the adoption and opportunities that exist in  Alternate Care markets.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"="">Sell Masimo Pulse Oximetry and Pulse CO-Oximetry devices and accessories to Alternate Care in defined territories.   </span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"="">Build positive relationships with Masimo’s clinical support group and hospital Account Executives to support Alternate Care business through a Continuum of Care market penetration strategy. </span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"="">Meet or exceed sales objectives set forth in assigned Territory through sales of Masimo products and solutions in all channels. </span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"="">Interface with all product managers to stay up to date with all products and new releases.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"="">Perform other duties and projects as requested.</span></li></ul><p style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"=""><strong><u>Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience</u></strong></span></p><p style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"=""><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"="">3 or more years of successful and documented experience selling Medical Device solutions to Acute care or Alternate Care markets.<span> </span></span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"="">Experience calling on Alternate Care markets including, but not limited to National Home Care chains, local home care companies, Respiratory Therapists, or Nurses, Physician Offices, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Emergency Medical Services and administration.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"="">Experience and proven ability to effectively lead productive conference call discussions and develop internal partnerships. </span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"="">Experience in strategic sales planning and execution. </span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"="">Organized and detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to manage
