Category: IT Services Location: Roles and Responsibilities - Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement Zoho One applications - Develop custom APIs, methods, and functions as a software developer - Understand the business process flow and requirements of the team members to implement and customize various elements and objects in Zoho - Effectively utilize Zoho modules features to automate various business processes - Design, develop, and maintain custom Zoho functions and workflows; ensuring efficiency - Integrate Zoho applications with other Zoho applications - Review, proofread, and format all correspondence to ensure accuracy and completeness - On-board and train users in data entry, data security procedures, reporting requirements, and develop and update training materials and resources - Assist users in day-to-day questions or technical concerns - Work with the Zoho support team to resolve any reported issues. Track issues and provide periodic updates - Create custom tools and scripts to automate the manual business processes, within or outside of Zoho - Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports Requirements Desired Candidate Profile - Custom Zoho development using Zoho Creator (Minimum 1 year experience) - Development and implementation of Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects , Zoho Desk, Zoho People , Zoho Recruit and Creator, SalesIQ, preferable Zoho One platform (Minimum 1 year experience) - Exceptional problem solving, organizational, and prioritization skills - Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, including coordinating with all levels of management and staff - Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision - Ability to maintain focus over an extended period - Capable of troubleshooting - find answers and solutions and utilize resources when needed - Detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks - Understands the importance of safeguarding all critical data, information, and communication. 1.- Implementation, Administration and Configuration of Zoho One Ecosystem Applications. 2.- Support and Training to Users of the Zoho One Ecosystem. 3.- IT Support Level 1 to User PCs in relation to their use with Zoho, Emails, Domains, etc. 4.- Documentation of the evidence of Support and Digitization evidence documentation. 5.- Functionality tests and Quality Assurance in Developments. 6.- You will be in touch with clients so we require a high Customer Service level. You will assist our clients through chat, calls, meetings, or email with clients. 7.- Truly interested in Zoho and understanding how it can be implemented and used to improve business processes.
