Join our team as an Overnight & Weekend On-Call Coordinator and play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the care they need—anytime, day or night. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants flexible, meaningful work supporting both caregivers and families.  This role is a Part-Time position that works 7 Days on and 7 Days off.  There are additional opportunities to work as a Care Team Specialist 2-3 days a week during your off week, if you are interested in the on-call role but need to generate a more full-time income. 

What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to support person for caregivers and clients during evenings, overnight hours, and weekends
  • Answer incoming calls and respond quickly to urgent needs
  • Fill last-minute call-offs and ensure all client shifts are covered, if unable to find coverage on-call role would gap shift when needed.
  • Communicate schedule updates and support caregivers in real time
  • Help resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Document all activity clearly and keep the operations team informed of any major issues

Schedule ( When On-Call )

  • Overnight and weekend on-call coverage.  Must be on the computer from 6am to 9am M-F to support our busiest time.  Remaining on-call time is flexible and can typically be handled through the on-call phone.
  • Join daily recaps at 9:30am and 3:30pm M-F ( calls last 15-30 minutes ).
  • Overnight on-call starts at 5pm M-Th and runs until 9am the following day and 4pm on Friday and runs until 9am on Monday.
