Laurel, NJ</p><br><p><strong>Onsite Flexibility:</strong> Remote</p><br><strong>Contract Details</strong><br><ul><li><strong>Position Type:</strong> Contract</li><li><strong>Contract Duration:</strong> 7 months (extension possible; conversion to permanent possible)</li><li><strong>Start:</strong> July 6, 2026</li><li><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $75.00–$80.00 / Hour (USD)</li><li><strong>Work Authorization:</strong> Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.</li></ul><br><strong>Job Summary</strong><br><p>This role leads, develops, and oversees a team of professionals who supports policies, standards, and provides oversight, expert policy and regulatory guidance, and advice related to <strong>Currency Transaction (CTR) compliance programs</strong>. Provides strategic and day-to-day direction on a broad range of complex CTR program activities, including operational support, providing governance and support, and addressing and escalating related issues. Oversees the timely execution of periodic and event-driven reviews using a risk-based approach to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements. Serves as the primary escalation point for CTR matters or exceptions. Identifies and implements risk mitigation strategies for findings from risk assessments, audit findings, regulatory exams, and potential violations of law.
