Position Overview

As a Real Estate Agent, you will utilize your knowledge of local real estate markets to aid individuals in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties. This entails meeting clients to discuss property requirements and pricing, overseeing seller open-houses, and presenting properties aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications

  • New York State Real Estate License (or NYS state exam completed)
  • Ability to work full-time.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
