New York City based. Part-time 3 days/wk with 1-2 of those days working in-office at the client site

Chartis is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to support one of our client’s Digital Marketing Teams.
This role will collaborate closely with their Digital Content and Social Media Lead to develop, implement, and manage their organic social media calendar.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with brand goals and objectives.
    • Monitor industry trends and emerging social media platforms to identify innovative strategies for increasing content reach, engagement, and relevance.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent engagement and brand presence across all organic channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Marketing Managers and Creative, to curate and coordinate high-quality social media content.
  • Capture and produce engaging content for social media stories, including live event coverage and behind-the-scenes insights.
  • Analyze and report social media performance metrics monthly and quarterly, providing actionable insights to enhance future strategies.
  • Utilize social media scheduling tool, Sprout Social, to plan, publish, and report on posts efficiently.
  • Stay informed on social media best practices and emerging technologies to continually enhance the effectiveness of the social media strategy.
  • Conduct regular audits of social media channels to ensure brand consistency and identify opportunities for improvement.


Skills

  • In-depth experience with leading platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube, with an eye for platform-specific trends and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify emerging trends and shifts in social media behavior, allowing for timely and relevant content creation.
  • Exceptional ability to craft compelling, engaging copy tailored for various social media platforms, combined with editing skills to ensure clarity, tone, and brand voice consistency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with the community meaningfully.
  • Comprehensive understanding of social media marketing strategies, including audience segmentation, engagement tactics, and performance metrics.

Experience
