Reporting to the Resort Manager, you will lead all aspects of spa and fitness operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong financial performance, and the continuous development of the team. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset, operational excellence, and a passion for delivering personalised wellness experiences in line with Aman’s philosophy.ResponsibilitiesLead the daily operations of the Spa and Fitness facilities, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest experience.Develop and manage annual budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts to achieve revenue and profitability targets.Analyse financial performance, including profit and loss statements, and implement strategies to optimise results.Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to drive spa revenue and brand positioning.Maintain and evolve spa treatments, standards, and service protocols in line with industry trends and Aman philosophy.Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of spa colleagues and contractors.Foster a positive team culture through coaching, development, and effective communication.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements related to spa operations.Act as the primary contact for guest concerns, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.Drive innovation, including capital projects, product development, and partnerships to enhance the spa offering.RequirementsMinimum 5 years’ leadership experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment.Proven ability in financial management, budgeting, and revenue optimisation.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build meaningful guest relationships.Experience with spa and hotel systems such as Book4Time, Opera, Micros, or similar platforms.In-depth knowledge of wellness trends, holistic health practices, and luxury service standards.Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.Excellent organisational and analytical skills, including data-driven decision making.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.High level of professionalism, discretion, and cultural awareness.You must have the legal right to work in the United States.BenefitsAt Aman Group, we believe that our colleagues are at the core of our success.
