DUTIES:

  • Lead functional & technical architectural work for Workday HCM & Varicent ICM implementations.

  • Considered a “doer” who can plan as well as implement the architectural work in both Workday HCM & Varicent ICM.

  • Gather & analyze requirements, design & implement solutions in response to Workday HCM or Varicent ICM requirements.

  • Lead conceptual architecture design for process & integrations across all architecturally defined layers.

  • Design & document solutions within defined architectural standards, principles & guidelines.

  • Work with all levels of management & associates to gather requirements & present design solutions.

  • Provide breadth & depth of knowledge in areas involving infrastructure and operational interfacing across applications; does “deep dive” on technical issues.

  • Analyze technology industry & market trends to determine potential impact upon the business services & processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related.

  • Six (6) years in any occupation with technical architectural design & solutions for global Workday HCM experience.

  • Six (6) years in any occupation with technical architectural design & solutions for global Workday HCM experience must include: One full life-cycle implementation with Workday HCM with proven record of success in designing, implementing, configuring and optimizing multiple Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation or Benefits;

  • Experience with solution architectural design & solutions for global Workday HCM and/or Varicent ICM;

  • Experienced designing & documenting Workday HCM solutions within defined architectural standards, principles and guidelines;

  • Experienced with delivering Workday integrations using Cloud Connect for Benefits, Cloud Connect Worker Integration, Cloud Connect for Third-Party Payroll, Document Transformation Connector, EIB, RaaS, and Workday Studio;

  • Experienced with Workday Standard Reports, Custom Reports, PRISM, Calculated Fields, XML, XSLT, XPATH, Inbound and Outbound EIB Integrations, Integrations using Core Connector Worker with Document Transformation, Workday Web Services, and Workday Studio Integrations;

  • Extensive experience with developing integrations using web service SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSLT on the Workday platform;

  • Experience with Calculated Field functions and usage of Calculated Fields in Advanced and Matrix Reports, experience with Composite Reports;

  • Experience with Business Objects, Fields, Data Sources and Related Business Objects of Workday Core HCM & Payroll;

  • Experience with Workday Configurable Security including creation of Security Groups and maintenance of Workday Domain Security Policies and Business Security Policies;

  • Experience with Workday integration technologies and managing data in Prism;

  • Experienced creating & implementing Assembly Projects in Workday Studio Integrations;

  • Experience with business analysis, issues analysis, requirement gathering/documentation, design/implement solutions in Workday HCM

  • Experience configuring at least five (5) of the following: Workday Organization Structure, Workday Transactions, Company, Cost Center, Jobs, Positions, Staffing Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Talent & Merit, Performance and Payroll;

  • Experience supporting global Human Resources and/or Payroll on the Workday HCM platform.

The total compensation for this position includes base salary or wages, and may include components such as additional compensation (cash or equity), discretionary bonuses, or commissions.
