This individual will lead and enhance the organization’s environmental, health, and safety strategy while helping drive a strong, proactive safety culture across manufacturing operations. While this is a leadership-level role, the environment is highly operational and hands-on. You’ll maintain a strong presence on the production floor, partner closely with operations and plant leadership, reinforce safe behaviors in real time, and remain actively involved in day-to-day manufacturing activities. The ideal candidate brings experience leading EHS initiatives within a plant-based manufacturing environment and has a proven ability to drive accountability, lead incident investigations, conduct root cause analysis, and implement practical corrective actions that improve both safety and operational performance. Success in this role will come from a collaborative, engaged leadership style and the ability to balance strategic oversight with direct involvement in the operation.
