Overview The Lemartec Mission Critical Estimator II position is an intermediate-level role responsible for independently performing estimating and pre-construction, specializing in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing for Data Centers for assigned scopes of work. This position builds upon foundational estimating skills and requires a working knowledge of construction means and methods, subcontractor coordination, and cost analysis. The MEP Estimator II contributes to bid strategy, value engineering, and cross-functional collaboration, and mentors Estimator I team members as appropriate.
