This role will lead and consult on end-to-end planning, development, testing, and adoption of complex programs, systems, and technical products across international operations. As an international operations services manager, you will… * Consult, Collaborate and Influence \- Build trusted relationships and collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and implement meaningful programs for the international business. * Project and Portfolio Leadership \- Lead operations priorities across retail technology programs and ensure the development, delivery, and sustainment of projects that improve execution in stores. Drive initiatives through the full lifecycle, from business definition and planning through testing, implementation, change management, and ongoing support across international markets. * Effective Communication \- Communicate complex ideas, technical concepts, and operational insights in a clear and compelling way for varied audiences. Translate data into actionable recommendations and use effective visual storytelling to support decisions, alignment, and adoption. * Operational Expertise \- Bring deep knowledge of retail and store operations, standards, and practices, along with demonstrated experience with retail technology solutions. Candidates should be comfortable applying emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, and using analytics to identify opportunities, improve performance, and support operational decision making. We’d love to hear from people with experience: * Managing multi-unit retail business or equivalent with deep knowledge of store operations, processes, procedures, and standards (3 years) * Managing complex, large-scale programs or a portfolio of mid-sized initiatives, including technology-enabled operational improvements (5 years) * Project and program management experience, including scope, timeline, stakeholder alignment, and delivery quality, with the ability to partner effectively across business and technical teams (3 years) * Working across functional areas to develop effective business solutions that align with company and department objectives, ideally within retail technology, analytics, or AI-enabled environments (5 years) * Places a high value on quality with a sharp eye for details * Curious and collaborative problem solver who can quickly build empathy * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey ideas and standards in a clear, succinct and appropriate way across a broad spectrum of audiences * Identifying opportunities for improvement and connecting operational needs to recommend data-informed, scalable process and technology solutions * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with experience using analytics and data visualization tools to communicate insights clearly Preferred Skills * Experience working across different ownership structures including joint venture and licensed * Experience applying AI or AI-enabled tools to improve operational decision making, workflows, or partner experience * Experience with data visualization and business analytics, including building reports, synthesizing quantitative data, and translating insights into clear recommendations for operational action As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits.
