<p><strong>Key Responsibilities.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>1. End-to-End Import Shipment Control.</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the complete ocean import shipment lifecycle from pre-alert receipt until final cargo delivery and job closure.</li><li>Coordinate with overseas offices, agents, shipping lines, customs brokers, transporters, CFS operators, and customers.</li><li>Ensure adherence to customer SOPs and service agreements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>2. Import Documentation & Manifestation</strong></p><p><strong>IGM Management.</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Ensure timely filing of Import General Manifest (IGM) through shipping lines and NVOCCs.</li><li>Verify manifest data accuracy before submission.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Indian Customs regulations.</li><li>Manage Direct Master Bill shipments & Consol (HBL) shipments</li><li>Verify MBL/HBL data accuracy.</li><li>Coordinate manifest filing and amendments.</li><li>Ensure complete and accurate documentation before vessel arrival.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>3. DPD, CFS & Final Delivery Management</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Monitor DPD -CFS and DPD- DPD movements of CNTRS.</li><li>Manage shipments transferred from DPD to CFS due to customs requirements or customer requests.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>4. Customer Service Management.</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage customer escalation and resolutions.</li><li>Maintain proactive communication throughout shipment lifecycle and share updates.</li><li>Provide Daily/ Weekly and Monthly reports.</li><li>Conduct customer review meetings and share reports.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>5. Carrier Relations</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain relationships with Shipping Lines, NVOCCs, Consolidators</li><li>Resolve operational and service issues.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>6. Billing & Revenue Assurance.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Billing Control</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure timely billing of all import shipments within agreed KPI’s.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>7.
