If you come from a packaging technology background and have worked on material specifications, supplier management, and testing - this is for you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Track 2 — Packaging Design & Print</strong> Creative packaging role. If you design premium packaging, prepare print-ready artworks, and have deep knowledge of print production — this is for you.</p><p><br></p><p>Your application will be evaluated and aligned to the right track based on your experience and strengths.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What The Work Involves</strong></p><p><strong><em>Packaging Development Associate / Track1</em></strong><em> :</em></p><p>→ Lead packaging projects from concept to commercialisation </p><p>→ Develop material specifications — GSM, barrier properties, OTR, WVTR </p><p>→ Research new packaging materials, technologies, and sustainability solutions </p><p>→ Manage supplier RFQs, technical evaluations, and cost negotiations </p><p>→ Conduct packaging testing, validation, and shelf-life studies </p><p>→ Coordinate artwork approvals across cross-functional teams</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Senior Packaging Design & Print / Track 2 :</strong></p><p>→ Design premium packaging concepts for dairy, food, and consumer products </p><p>→ Develop print-ready artworks — dye lines, CMYK profiles, bleed, embossing, foil, UV finishes </p><p>→ Coordinate with printers and vendors for quality production output </p><p>→ Lead and mentor junior designers </p><p>→ Manage multiple packaging and print projects simultaneously </p><p>→ Ensure brand consistency across all packaging and marketing materials</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>For Development Track:</em> </strong></p><p>→ B.Tech / M.Tech in Packaging Technology — premier institute preferred </p><p>→ 0–3 years in packaging development — FMCG or food industry preferred </p><p>→ Knowledge of packaging materials and specifications </p><p>→ Freshers from strong packaging technology programmes welcome</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>For Design Track:</em></strong> </p><p>→ Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Arts </p><p>→ 4+ years in packaging design, print design, or branding </p><p>→ Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW </p><p>→ Deep knowledge of print production and print-ready file preparation </p><p>→ FMCG or agency packaging experience preferred</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Across Both Tracks — What Matters:</strong> </p><p>→ You take ownership of your work from brief to delivery </p><p>→ You are detail-oriented and precise </p><p>→ You work well across teams and external partners </p><p>→ You bring ideas — not just execution</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
