US Marketing Manager

KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The US Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the Global Marketing strategy across North America. Working closely with our HQ Marketing team, the successful candidate will drive impactful marketing campaigns for our New York boutique, support and execute activations with wholesale partners and support our e-commerce marketing efforts in the US. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of wholesale and retail marketing, a passion for brand activation, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support various marketing initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support the activation of the Bremont brand with wholesale partners across North America. Work closely with HQ and US retail and wholesale teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective marketing campaigns. Oversee and coordinate joint marketing initiatives with wholesale and retail partners, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and values. Collaborate with the HQ e-commerce team to oversee the execution of digital marketing strategies that align with the brand’s objectives. Ensure e-commerce marketing efforts complement wholesale and retail campaigns, with a strong focus on driving online sales and customer engagement. While expertise in e-commerce is not required, a basic understanding of e-commerce strategies and digital marketing is necessary. Liaise with the Head of PR and work closely with our US-based PR agency to ensure consistent brand messaging across all media channels. Coordinate PR efforts to drive awareness and visibility for Bremont in the North American market. Work alongside the Boutique Manager to support marketing initiatives for the Bremont New York boutique. Create marketing materials, events, and promotional strategies to increase foot traffic and brand recognition for the boutique. PERSON SPECIFICATION Previous experience in marketing, with a focus on wholesale and retail partnerships. Proven experience in brand activation and managing marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of working with retail partners and driving growth through wholesale channels. Experience or knowledge of e-commerce marketing strategies and working with digital teams. Basic understanding of PR, with experience working alongside PR agencies a plus. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Strong project management and organizational skills. Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
