In this role, you’ll blend hands-on technical guidance with people leadership—coaching your team on complex coverage, litigation strategy and high‑exposure claims while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.</p><p><br></p><p>Reporting to the Claims Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations for a complex claims team, drive consistent, high‑quality outcomes, and champion process enhancements that improve the experience for our policyholders, injured workers and internal partners.
